We are looking for a SEO and Ad Manager to join our exciting creative team. You will be responsible for managing and implementing SEO and Ad campaigns to improve website rankings, increase website traffic and generate leads and sales.

Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization and link building.
• Ad campaigns : Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and ad targeting.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for search engines and user experience.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates and user engagement.
• Budget Management: Manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

Experience

• 1-3 years in SEO and Ad Management

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Requirements

• Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and managing successful  Ad Manager campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
• Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
