Business Development Executive
Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can build strong client relationships and drive business growth. The role involves identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads across web development, mobile app, and digital transformation services, ensuring consistent follow-ups throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Gather, document, and communicate client requirements to internal teams for accurate solution planning and execution.
  • Support sales activities by pitching services, sharing presentations, case studies, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain structured proposals, including scope of work, pricing tables, timelines, and related documentation.
  • Create sitemaps based on client requirements and maintain an internal proposal repository for reuse.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing discovery calls, meetings, follow-ups, and project handovers.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clear, professional, and proactive communication.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including lead status, call notes, documents, follow-ups, and project progress.
  • Draft and manage professional email communications, including proposals, follow-ups, meeting invites, and project updates.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of web development, mobile applications, and digital services concepts.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into structured solutions.
  • Proficiency in proposal drafting, documentation, and presentation creation.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in client coordination, sales, or business development.
  • Experience in IT, digital agencies, SaaS, or web development is a significant advantage.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
